This database provides compensation information gathered from survey information received voluntarily from individuals holding the CSP certification, as well as those with the OHST, and CHST certifications and/or the designation of ASP.
Based on a comparison of data in this study and data from other salary studies for safety practitioners, salaries of those holding the CSP are often higher than those in safety practice who do not hold the CSP.

Summary Report:
Provides basic information about the most recent study. The information will include; pay distribution, information about bonus pay, and benefit information. You may select this information for CSP, ASP, OHST, and CHST individually.
Advanced Search Options:
Create a specific search by choosing any one of the 22 data search reports with additional filters. You must select the certification program first then the search report and filter. Once you select “Run Report” you will obtain the results based on your filter choice.
Note: Where there are 4 or fewer respondents for any value, the “Number of Respondents” entry and the “Average Base Salary” entry will be marked “Too Few” and “No Report” respectively.
